Salt Creek Rural Park District

With a view overlooking our nine-hole golf course on one side and beautiful view of Donut Lake on the other, the Twin Lakes clubhouse is a great site for your next event.

The clubhouse contains a dining area, a multi-purpose room for programming or rentals, and a large spacious pro shop. The pro shop can be converted into a smaller meeting room, or with the fireplace, it is a room for gatherings requiring a more intimate setting. The pro shop is only available from October 15^th - April 15^th.

Twin Lakes also has a beautiful outdoor tent area available (May-September) for group outings of 125 guests or less. Reservations for the tent may be made beginning the first working day in January for the summer rental season. Rates are listed below.

Two pavilons located alongside of Donut Lake are available for group outings as well. Residents may begin reserving Pavilions on the first working day in January. Non-residents may begin reserving Pavilions on the first working day in February.

An additional hour for set-up and take-down is included in the rental fee. Special rates are available for community organizations. A 2 hour minimum rental time is required.

Tent Rentals are available Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 10:00pm

 *Weekend tent rentals are only available from 6:00pm - 12:00am.

There are two pavilions available at Twin Lakes.

• Resident Rate: Mon-Fri: $65/day, Sat & Sun: $75/day
• Non-Resident Rate: Mon-Fri: $130/day, Sat & Sun: $150/day

* A $100 deposit is required on all pavilion rentals.

Open Bar with less than 35 guests will incur a $50 bartender fee in addition to the per person charge.  A cash bar option is available and guests are charged on a per drink basis.

Cash bars will be required to meet a $275 minimum.  Rental applications must be filled out in person at the Twin Lakes Clubhouse.

The Park District has a sound system available for your event!

Rate: $30/day

This fee will be added to your rental agreement and staff will have it set up for you on the day of your event.

A four-hour minimum time period is required.

• Resident rate: $100 (first 4 hours)
• Non-resident rate: $125 (first 4 hours)
• $25/hour for each additional hour

*Additional $100 fee for alcohol.

Pavilion rentals are also available at the following parks: Grealish Park, South Park and Rose Park.
