Welcome to our New Twin Lakes Facility Manager!

My name is Ashley Cullerton and I graduated from Roosevelt University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I am currently working on my MBA at Roosevelt University as well. One of my first jobs was working for the Des Plaines Park District. While at the Des Plaines Park District I oversaw all operational facets of three unique revenue facilities and was integral in the development of large scale rentals and events. After the completion of my business degree, I began working at TopGolf and. Having spent the past several years in corporate settings, I have realized that my passion lies in the management of facilities in a park district setting. On a personal note, I love to spend time with my two boxers, Cody and Charlie by taking them to the park! I am very excited to be a part of the Salt Creek Park District Team!

Hi my name is Jonelle Bailey and I have been working in the Parks and Recreation Field for over 10 years. I graduated from Western Illinois University with a Degree in Parks, Recreation, Tourism and Administration I am currently working on my Masters in Organizational Leadership at Lewis University.

Previously I have worked for the DuPage County Forest Preserve and the Skokie and the St. Charles Park Districts as well as spending some time working in parks and recreation in Virginia. My husband Sean and I have two children and love to spend time with friends and family.

I am very excited to be a part of the Salt Creek Park District and I am looking forward to learning and working with the Salt Creek Family!
