Catch & Release Policy

Donut Lake has been stocked with a number of different breeds of fish. The park district has a "catch and release" rule on the TIGER MUSKIES and NORTHERN PIKE in the lakes.

The breeding season for the bass runs through June 20th.  To keep the bass population up, we do not want any of the bass removed until after that date.

Thank you for your copperation.  If you have any questions about our policies, please ask.

More information on the types of fish in the lake are available at the clubhouse.
